dc.description	América Latina adoptó en las últimas décadas proyectos de integración regional y desarrollo diseñados por instituciones financieras, como el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, con el objetivo de reconvertir la infraestructura de transporte existente y adaptarla a los requerimientos del comercio internacional, sobre todo de materias primas. Este trabajo estudia las transformaciones en transporte y logística de la ciudad de Santa Fe y las disputas sociales y ambientales generadas en un territorio considerado como estratégico en la circulación de flujos, focalizando sobre todo en el análisis del rol de los movimientos socio-territoriales como sujetos de la resistencia a las formas hegemónicas de uso del espacio geográfico en un contexto de expansión del extractivismo en la región.	es-ES
dc.description	Nas últimas décadas, a América Latina tem adotado projetos de integração e desenvolvimento regional elaborados por instituições financeiras como o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento com o objetivo de reconverter a infraestrutura de transporte existente e adaptá-la às exigências do comércio internacional, especialmente de matérias-primas. Este trabalho estuda as transformações no transporte e na logística da cidade de Santa Fé e as disputas socioambientais geradas em um território considerado estratégico na circulação dos fluxos, enfocando sobretudo a análise do papel dos movimentos socioterritoriais como sujeitos. de resistência às formas hegemônicas de uso do espaço geográfico em um contexto de expansão do extrativismo na região.	pt-BR
dc.description	In recent decades, Latin America has adopted regional integration and development projects designed by financial institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank with the aim of reconverting the existing transport infrastructure and adapting it to the requirements of international trade, especially raw materials. This work studies the transport and logistics transformations of the city of Santa Fe and the social and environmental disputes generated in a territory considered strategic in the circulation of flows, focusing above all on the analysis of the role of socio-territorial movements as subjects of resistance to hegemonic forms of use of geographic space in a context of expansion of extractivism in the region.	en-US
