dc.description	Las interpretaciones de los restos arqueológicos del sitio moche en Sipán, Perú, se basaron en la comparación de estos restos con la iconografía de la misma cultura. Este método de interpretación ignora el tiempo pasado entre las fuentes iconográficas y los restos arqueológicos de este sitio. Partiendo de la probabilidad de cambios en ceremonias rituales con el tiempo, algunos de los restos arqueológicos de Sipán pueden ser interpretados como una secuencia de cambios. Esta lleva en Sipán de una forma temprana simple del sacrificio ritual de prisioneros sobre el aumento en complejidad a una forma final del sacrificio.	es-ES
dc.description	The interpretation of the archaeological remains from the Moche site of Sipán, Peru, was widely based on comparisons with the better known iconography of that culture. This way of interpretation ignores the time gap between the sources of iconography and the archaeological finds from the site. Assuming the likelihood of changes in ritual behaviour in the course of time some archaeological remains from Sipán can be interpreted as a sequence of changes. These lead from a relatively simple early ritual sacrifice of captives by way of growing complexity to a final form of sacrifice at least present in Sipán.	en-US
