dc.description	El presente artículo analiza el proceso de diálogo entre el movimiento indígena y el Estado ecuatoriano a partir de la década del 90. Parte del establecimiento del contexto histórico y político del período mencionado, para luego definir a los principales actores sociales que han intervenido en el conflicto. A continuación profundiza tanto en las demandas del movimiento como en los logros y fracasos alcanzados. Concluye con las críticas que diferentes sectores sociales han hecho al diálogo y con los retos y perspectivas que tiene por delante este proceso político de enfrentamiento y de acuerdo.	es-ES
dc.description	The present article analyzes the dialogue process between the indigenous movement and the Ecuadorian state, from the nineties on. It starts with an outline of the historical and political conditions and contexts during the period under examination. In the following it tries to define the principal social actors which intervened in that conflictive scene. It continues, then, with a more thorough evaluation of the movement’s demands as well as of its achievements and failures. The article concludes with some critical appraisals, by voices from different social sectors and groupings, of the challenges and future perspectives immanent to this political process of confrontations and agreements.	en-US
