dc.description	This article aims to analyze social and moral aspects of the training of African and Brazilian police officers in Portugal. In order to compare these two experiences, we try to examine the different social and political implications of cooperation formats. Based on the analysis of 115 interviews to police institute teachers, African and Brazilian students we will show how African students on the one hand, and Brazilians on the other, have different viewsabout their careers and about how they can apply locally the knowledge they acquire in this circulation.	en-US
dc.description	Este artigo visa analisar aspetos sociais e morais da formação e treino de polícias africanos e brasileiros em Portugal. Com a intenção de comparar estas duas experiências, procuraremos analisar neste artigo as diferentes incidências políticas e sociais dos formatos da cooperação. Com base na análise de 115 entrevistas realizadas aos professores do instituto superior de polícia e aos alunos brasileiros e africanos evidenciaremos como os grupos de alunos africanos, por um lado, e os brasileiros, por outro, têm diferentes visões de carreira e sobre o modo como poderão vir a aplicar localmente o conhecimento que adquirem nesta circulação.	es-ES
