dc.description	Este artículo estudia la instrumentalización de la lengua náhuatl por el Segundo Imperio Mexicano para controlar el territorio mexicano. Se plantea que el emperador Maximiliano se valió de la lengua náhuatl como una herramienta de dominio territorial. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se utilizó el modelo doctrinal de las tres dimensiones del poder para comprender las prácticas y el ejercicio del poder del emperador Maximiliano en su imperio. La argumentación de esta tesis se sostiene en la dimensión del soberano como autoridad suprema.	es-ES
dc.description	This article studies the instrumentalization of the Nahuatl language by the Second Mexican Empire to control the country’s territory. It is argued that the Emperor Maximilian used the Nahuatl language as a tool for territorial control. In order to carry out this research, the doctrinal model of the three dimensions of the prince’s power was used to understand the practices and exercise of power by Emperor Maximilian in his empire. The argumentation of this thesis is based on the dimension of the sovereign as supreme authority.	en-US
