dc.description	This paper aims to contribute to critical migration studies about the incorporation of non-Spanish speaking’s migrants in Río Cuarto (city located at Córdoba), Argentina. It’s proposed to develop a theoretical inquiry on the political, social and economic conditioning factors that generate the structure of opportunities for this incorporation. The methodological design is proposed with the use of qualitative methods, using data sources and information provided by recent researches on the subject and studies on the performance of the State and its institutions. For this paper, it’s important pay attention all time on the prevailing political-economic logic. The hypothesis that will guide this research is: the approaches that are produced in the border and migration regime are not for a structure of opportunities according to migrant motivations and expectations; they are for make control and management of this movements and keeping the supposed homogeneity of the State. This Project attempts to give an account of the situation that makes tensions and social inequalities by the nationalistic, non-dynamic and patriarchal thought. In addition, going to think new questions in relation to the motivations and strategies that migrants developed in the process. The conclusions obtained may suggest to think about Human Rights perspective in relation to the selection of rights for legality/illegality situation people, differentiating migrants from local/national people. The nationalist, static and patriarchal logic of global control and management regime of migratory processes shapes migrations and reaffirms stereotypes if gender, nation and others.	en-US
dc.description	Con el presente trabajo se pretende contribuir al análisis crítico sobre la incorporación de las personas migrantes no hispanohablantes en Río Cuarto (ciudad ubicada en la provincia de Córdoba), Argentina. Se propone desarrollar una indagación teórica sobre los condicionamientos políticos, sociales y económicos que generan una estructura de oportunidades para esa incorporación. Se plantea un diseño metodológico cualitativo en base a datos e información que arrojan investigaciones recientes relativas a la temática y estudios sobre el desempeño del Estado y sus instituciones, sin dejar de atender a la lógica política-económica imperante. La hipótesis que guiará esta investigación es que los abordajes que se dan en el régimen de gobierno de las migraciones y las fronteras no son para garantizar una estructura de oportunidades en consonancia con las expectativas y motivaciones migrantes, sino para controlar y gestionar esos movimientos y mantener la supuesta homogeneidad de Estado. También se propone pensar en nuevas interrogantes en relación a las motivaciones y estrategias que las y los migrantes despliegan en el proceso migratorio. Las conclusiones obtenidas permiten pensar que la supuesta perspectiva de Derechos Humanos está acompañada por una selección de a quienes reconocer derechos y a quienes perseguir con las figuras de legalidad/ilegalidad. Esto, dado a que la lógica nacionalista, estática y patriarcal del régimen global de control y gestión moldea las migraciones y reafirma estereotipos, diferenciando a las personas migrantes de los locales/nacionales, definiendo a las mujeres mayoritariamente como víctimas, entre otras construcciones que generan tensiones y desigualdades sociales.	es-ES
