dc.description	La cultura desempeña un papel importante para el desarrollo social debido a que ésta puede llegar a ser una manera para adquirir creencias, valores o normas, que modifiquen el actuar de la sociedad; por lo que está investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un análisis documental sobre la cultura organizacional desde el enfoque socioformativo como estrategia frente a los retos de la crisis climática para alcanzar el desarrollo social sostenible. Se siguió la metodología del análisis documental. Los principales resultados arrojaron una lenta y difícil articulación entre el aspecto económico, social y ambiental en las diferentes organizaciones a causa de la poca urgencia de los actores (gobierno, empresas, escuelas) por implementar estrategias sostenibles, esto debido a que se ha configurado una crisis climática.	es-ES
dc.description	Culture plays an important role for social development because it can become a way to acquire beliefs, values or norms that modify the actions of society; Therefore, this research aimed to carry out a documentary analysis of organizational culture from a socio-formative approach as a strategy to face the challenges of the climate crisis to achieve sustainable social development. The documentary analysis methodology was followed. The main results showed a slow and difficult articulation between the economic, social and environmental aspects in the different organizations due to the little urgency of the actors (government, companies, schools) to implement sustainable strategies, this due to the fact that a climate crisis.	en-US
