dc.description	The following article analyzes the contributions of Álvaro García Linera dedicated to the study and analysis of the transformations in the world of work since the middle of the 1980s and the emergence of the new working class in Bolivia. Through a series of research focused on the study of the impact of neoliberal policies in the mining sector, he tried to explain to what extent the modification of the material structure modified the subjective structures of workers and their status as historical subjects. In a global context marked by the closure of revolutionary processes and the rise of the United States of America as an imperial power; and in the local, signified by the defeat of the proletariat in Calamarca and a brutal offensive of capital against the historical conquests of the working class and the popular sectors.	en-US
dc.description	El siguiente artículo analiza los aportes de Álvaro García Linera dedicados al estudio y análisis de las transformaciones en el mundo del trabajo desde mediados de los ´80 y el surgimiento de la nueva condición obrera en Bolivia. A través de una serie de investigaciones centradas en el estudio del impacto de las políticas neoliberales en el sector minero, el autor intentó explicar en qué medida la modificación de la estructura material modificó las estructuras subjetivas de los trabajadores y su condición de sujeto histórico. En un contexto mundial marcado por la clausura de los procesos revolucionarios y el auge de los Estados Unidos como potencia imperial; y en lo local, signado por la derrota del proletariado en Calamarca y una ofensiva brutal del capital contra conquistas históricas de la clase obrera y los sectores populares.	es-ES
