dc.description	La obra de Marx constituye la crítica mejor articulada, más aguda y contundente con la que movimientos sociales e intelectuales de izquierda se han enfrentado a las formas ideológicas que pretenden encubrir las condiciones económicas de producción de la sociedad burguesa. La crítica jurídica marxista asume el horizonte, la metodología y la argumentación de la crítica de la economía política como punto de partida, ubicándose así en el marco más amplio de la crítica comunista a la modernidad capitalista. En medio de múltiples debates teóricos y contradicciones prácticas, la obra de Óscar Correas y el archivo histórico de la revista Crítica Jurídica dan cuenta de las dificultades de este emprendimiento y confirman la vigencia del pensamiento de Marx para la crítica del Derecho burgués.	es-ES
dc.description	Marx’s work is the most well-articulated, compelling and sharpest criticism with which social movements and leftist intellectuals have countered the ideological forms that intend to mask the economic conditions of production of bourgeois society. Marxist legal criticism incorporates the horizon, methodology and argumentation of the critique of political economy as a starting point, thus locating itself in the wider frame of the communist critique of capitalist modernity.
