dc.description	En la actualidad el “Buen Vivir” se presenta como un término abierto al debate debido a las diversas reflexiones que están surgiendo sobre este concepto. El Buen Vivir, aunque sustentado en la filosofía de vida andina al igual que lo está el Suma Qamaña o el vitalismo, ha despertado diversas opiniones sobre el proceder del Estado ante la adopción y práctica de esta filosofía. En el presente artículo, se analizan tres visiones sobre el modo de vida andino, en el que se sustenta el Buen Vivir o Vivir Bien y se propone como base filosófica para la construcción de un nuevo humanismo global.	es-ES
dc.description	Nowadays, “Buen Vivir” is presented as a concept open to debate because of the various reflections that are emerging about it Buen Vivir, despite being sustained in the philosophy of Andean life as is the Suma Qamaña or vitalism, has aroused various opinions on the state’s conduct before the adoption and practice of this philosophy. In the present article, three visions are analyzed on the Andean way of life, in which Buen Vivir or Vivir Bien is sustained and proposed as a philosophical basis for the construction of a new global humanism.	en-US
