dc.description	In the decade of the 2000s in Latin America, the coming to power of new governments drew a left turn in the regional political landscape. Understanding for the social sciences has been hampered by official speeches and ideological stances. The following article seeks to take up some analytical tools of the sociological work of Pierre Bourdieu to unravel the social processes underlying this political shift, from the case study of Rafael Correa government in Ecuador.	en-US

Su comprensión por las ciencias sociales ha sido dificultada por los discursos oficiales y los posicionamientos ideológicos. El siguiente artículo propone retomar algunas herramientas analíticas de la obra sociológica de Pierre Bourdieu para desentrañar los procesos sociales subyacentes a este giro, a partir del caso de estudio del gobierno de Rafael Correa en Ecuador.	es-ES
