| dc.description | La universidad como escenario formativo tiene hoy una responsabilidad ineludible de trascender los discursos hegemónicos y afrontar con compromiso ético y político los desafíos sociales que le exige el contexto actual. Es por esto que el presente artículo es una reflexión en torno al desafío de la universidad en la desarrollo de una ciudadanía activa y participativa que permita la consolidación de escenarios de paz y reconciliación. En este sentido, se pretende abordar el interrogante: ¿cómo la educación responde al desafío de la consolidación de una ciudadanía comunitaria, participativa, democrática y pacífica? Se apuesta en el texto por resaltar la importancia de la universidad como escenario propicio para los procesos de los movimientos sociales que a partir de una visión de poder comunitaria consensual permita la consolidación de democracias participativas que promueva las transformaciones sociales. | es-ES |
