| dc.description | In this paper a technological professional training model is presented. First, the objective of the training model objectives are described, focusing on individual behavior. Then, the scope and the different types of training acknowledged by the model are described, followed by the presentation of the scheme of general process, which is made up of: the identification of the psychological variable, the diagnostic assessment, the intervention design and the training phase. After that, the general training process as well as the different acknowledged assessment alternatives are described. Finally, the importance of implementing the model is highlighted, aiming to confirm if the empirical evidence generated by it, with the expected positive effects in terms of performance and the psychological variables that were initially projected. | en-US |

Se comienza describiendo los objetivos del modelo de capacitación, enfocados en el comportamiento individual. Acto seguido, describa el enfoque y los tipos de capacitación reconocidos por el modelo, seguidos por la presentación del esquema del proceso general, el cual está compuesto por 4 momentos: la identificación de variables psicológicas, la evaluación diagnóstica, el diseño de la intervención y la fase de entrenamiento. Una vez abordado el esquema, describa el proceso de entrenamiento y las alternativas de evaluación que el modelo contempla.
