| dc.description | This paper presents the results obtained in the personological andconfigurational study on lifestyle, following the qualitative methodology ofGrounded Theory and analytic induction. 19 case studies were carried out,which helped identify and characterize two behavioral configurations oflifestyle (critical confluence and critical point) in hypertensive subjects andin non-hypertensive subjects (health opportunity). Grounded Theory hasshown its heuristic potential in the integrated and holistic study of causalityand risk. In this sense, it is a methodological alternative that transcends, atthe individual level, the positivist and factorialist studies prevailing inpsychological and epidemiological research from the traditional approach tolifestyle. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en el estudio personológico y configuracional del estilo de vida siguiendo la metodología cualitativa de la Teoría Fundamentada y la inducción analítica. Se realizaron 19 estudios de casos que permitieron identificar y caracterizar dos configuraciones comportamentales del estilo de vida (confluencia crítica y punto crítico) en sujetos hipertensos y una en sujetos no hipertensos (oportunidad de salud). La Teoría Fundamentada ha mostrado sus potencialidades heurísticas en el estudio integral y holístico de la causalidad y el riesgo. En este sentido, constituye una alternativa metodológica que trasciende a nivel individual los estudios positivistas y factorialistas que prevalecen en la investigación psicológica y epidemiológica a partir del enfoque tradicional al estilo de vida | es-ES |
