| dc.description | This paper aims to take a look at of the research and reflective work of teachers in their teaching practices, in order to enhance the educators interest in rethink their role of researcher teacher, in this sense the article is organized into three sections: the first calls realities in current pedagogical practices; the second, hermeneutics pedagogy is presented as an alternative to rethink the teaching work. In the last ´part you can find two researches about their experiences that emerge in the doctorate in Education and Society at the University of La Salle, inspired by the pursuit of transformation of teaching practice they are exposed. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este escrito pretende dar una mirada a la labor investigativa y reflexiva del docente en las prácticas pedagógicas, a fin de potenciar en los educadores el interés por repensar constantemente su rol de maestro investigador, en este sentido la reflexión está organizada en tres apartados: el primero convoca las realidades en las prácticas pedagógicas actuales; en el segundo, se presenta la pedagogía hermenéutica como una alternativa para repensar el quehacer docente. En el tercer apartado se exponen dos experiencias investigativas que emergen en el doctorado en Educación y Sociedad de La Universidad de La Salle, inspiradas en la búsqueda de la transformación de la práctica docente. | es-ES |
