Both outcomes and measures are in reference to the methods, procedures and strategies of action. ln other words how we can achieve what we want in a natural nonviolent struggle. lt is about constructing a strategic idea that underlines that a certain purpose is not obtained through measures and that in relation to the Gandhi's reasoning; it is about an internal coherence and not just a moral emotion.
