dc.description	This article aims to show the being mode being and should be teachers today in a Franciscan college, but this is critical contextualization with the environment experienced by the university today, and not just stay in this, but while wondering if responding to what is the true ethos of the university in all it means their commitment to society. To the extent that the university teacher discovers the sense of being in college, anger also discovering parallel its mission as such, considering that their commitment is more substance, if the mission is oriented by the Franciscan philosophy and worldview, not it is understood as a stream among others, but primarily as a way to build thought, to create culture, to live life; being fundamental issues: dialogue, brotherhood, freedom, respect for life, healthy relationship between faiths and cultures however different and respect and admiration for all creation	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo pretende mostrar el ser, el modo de ser y el deber ser del docente de hoy en una universidad franciscano, pero para esto es fundamental una contextualización con el entorno que vive la universidad actual, y no solamente quedarse en esta, sino a la vez preguntarse si esta respondiendo a lo que es el verdadero Ethos de la universidad en todo lo que significa su compromiso con la sociedad. En la medida que el docente universitario descubre el sentido de ser de la universidad, ira también descubriendo paralelamente su misión como tal, teniendo en cuenta que su compromiso adquiere mayor significado, si dicha misión esta orientada por la filosofía y la cosmovisión franciscana, que no se entiende como una corriente entre otras, sino ante todo como una manera de construir pensamiento, de crear cultura, de vivir la vida; siendo sus temas fundamentales: el diálogo, la fraternidad, la libertad, el respeto por la vida, las relación sana entre credos y culturas por diferentes que sean y el respeto y la admiración por todo lo creado.	es-ES
