Se ha establecido que esta responsabilidad se encuentra en la existencia misma del orden jurídico internacional y en el carácter jurídico de las obligaciones de los sujetos internacionales. El presente artículo, primera parte de la investigación “Responsabilidad de Estado Colombiano en el sistema interamericano”, pretende aproximarse a brindar elementos evidentes y concretos de cara a la responsabilidad que asume el Estado y la dimensión de esta frente a las violaciones de los derechos humanos y su consecuente responsabilidad internacional.	es-ES
