dc.description	The health crisis over COVID 19 has highlightedthe huge social gaps and problems in which Latin America is involved today. Gaps, which in Colombia, have deepened due to the lack of preparation by the institutions and decisions of the National government, and in the case of the city ofMedellin, of the municipal administration. In response to these shortcomings, social movements need to move from a dispersion of proposals emerging as actions in the face of crisis situationsto a common, medium- and long-term public agenda, woven between territorial organizations and with the capacity to place conditions in the definition of the model of city, territory, region, country; which have an impact on the institutional design andreal destination of its resources, and in substance, by moving towards another model of society, economics, value scale, and even, shared worldview.	en-US
dc.description	La crisis sanitaria por el COVID-19 ha evidenciadolas enormes brechas sociales y las problemáticas en las que se ve envuelta hoy América Latina. Brechas que en Colombia se han profundizado debido a la falta de preparación por parte de las instituciones y decisiones del gobierno Nacional, y en el caso de la ciudad de Medellín, de la administración municipal. Como respuesta a dichas falencias, es necesario que los movimientos sociales transiten de una dispersión de propuestas que emergen como acciones ante coyunturas decrisis, hacia una agenda pública común, de mediano y largo plazo, tejida entre organizaciones territoriales y con capacidad de poner condiciones en la definición del modelo de ciudad, territorio, región, país; que impacten en el diseño institucional y la destinación real de sus recursos, y de fondo, transitando hacia otro modelo de sociedad, de economía, de escala de valores y hasta de cosmovisión compartida.	es-ES
