dc.description	The drafting of the Damascus Doctrine, which is based on the style manual for the drafting of the military doctrine of the U.S. would propose that the Colombian Army prepares as an appendix of the military actions of the U.S. Army in Latin America and the world. This is a statement, which can be found in various paragraphs of the Damascus Doctrine and in statements of the commanders, when they maintain the need to face the new forms of the enemy, where they may be present.	en-US
