dc.description	This initiative came in February 2005 fruit discussions and gatherings cafeteria between: four law students from the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, two students of political science at Universidad Nacional de Colombia sede Medellín, a student of psychology at the University of San Buenaventura, a student of the Colegio Mayor Development and a student Bellas Artes, who agreed to meet once a week to discuss issues surrounding the country in the cafeteria at the Law Faculty of the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana of these meetings, the idea of starting a process of incidence in university spaces tending to the apathy of the students and the lack of commitment and fear of the faculty and staff to open spaces for public debate, democratic as well as the clear distance from the Universities of today to be the country processing centers	en-US
dc.description	Esta iniciativa nace en febrero de 2005 fruto de las discusiones y tertulias de cafetería entre: cuatro estudiantes de derecho de la Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, dos estudiantes de Ciencia Política de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia sede Medellín, una estudiante de psicología de la Universidad de San Buenaventura, un estudiante de Desarrollo del Colegio Mayor y un estudiante de Bellas Artes, quienes acordaron reunirse una vez por semana a discutir temas de país en la cafetería aledaña a la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma, de estas tertulias surge la idea de iniciar un proceso de incidencia en espacios universitarios ante la tendiente apatía de los estudiantes y la falta de compromiso y temor de los docentes y administrativos por abrir espacios de debate público, democrático así como la clara lejanía de las Universidades de Hoy de ser los centros de transformación de país.	es-ES
