dc.description	The text presents a global trend to increasing social protests grounded in discontent against the rulers or their actions, past the motivations of social protests, shows how the exercise of social protest can create a conflict of interest with the rights of others and others, highlights the relevance of human rights and international humanitarian law when addressing the part of officials enforcing the law a social protest, shows the contradictions and changes concerning the right of protest that have been presented in Colombia and in conclusion reviews the specific case of the protests at the University of Antioquia during the second half of 2010 and the first of 2011.	en-US
dc.description	El texto presenta una tendencia global a incrementar las protestas sociales fundamentadas en descontentos contra los gobernantes o sus medidas, pasa por las motivaciones de las protestas sociales, muestra como el ejercicio de la protesta social puede crear un conflicto de intereses con los derechos de otros y otras, pone de manifiesto la pertinencia de los derechos humanos y del derecho internacional humanitario al momento de abordar por parte de los funcionarios encargados de hacer cumplir la ley una protesta social, muestra las contradicciones y los cambios referentes al derecho de la protesta que se han presentado en Colombia y para concluir revisa el caso específico de las protestas en la Universidad de Antioquia durante el segundo semestre del 2010 y el primero del 2011.	es-ES
