dc.description	Isagen, Electric Interconnection Company of Colombia, was sold under auction with a single bidder, although initially several parties had been interested in this one. This sale generated great controversy when talking about the future of the company and the energy future of the country, due to the way in which they handled these proposals that had little welcome, both by the country and by several government officials themselves . Many theories emerged and a debate was opened about theÂ pros and cons that would be incurred in the country since the established defense of the interested parties to carry out this operation was sustained in an investment of little productive assets such as the construction of roads For the development of several economic activities, supporting for this, the backwardness in infrastructure that the country suffers today, the product of bad administrations and the exaggerated corruption.	en-US
dc.description	Isagen, Empresa de Interconexión Eléctrica de Colombia, fue vendida bajo subasta con un solo postor, pese a que inicialmente varias partes habían estado interesadas en esta. Esta venta generó gran polémica a la hora de hablar del futuro de la compañía y del futuro energético del país, debido a la manera en la cual se manejaron estas propuestas que tuvieron poca acogida, tanto por el país como por varios funcionarios mismos de la gobernación. Muchas teorías surgieron y se abrió un debate acerca de los pros y contras que se incurrirían en el país ya que la defensa establecida por parte de los interesados de llevar acabo esta operación fue sustentada en una inversión de activos poco productivos como es la construcción de vías para el desarrollo de varias actividades económicas, sustentando para ello, el atraso en infraestructura que sufre hoy el país, producto de malas administraciones y la exagerada corrupción.	es-ES
