dc.description	This paper works on the topic of prison and criminal law as an instrument of war that extends from politics, as his arm radical through it is given a particular treatment to certain individuals who have previously been defined as enemies versus social and popular movement that aims to build and strengths and initiatives to the struggle for political and negotiated solution to the armed conflict and the search for sustainable peace, with the conviction that the dialog scenario generation must necessarily include active participation of social actors unarmed, or â€œthe peopleâ€ . Popular education as a pedagogical is itself a political position, which is then the construction of collective knowledge from a critical and joint action, which allows the political recognition of those suffering confinement in Colombian prisons.	en-US
dc.description	La presente ponencia trabaja el tema de la prisión y el derecho penal como un instrumento de guerra que se extiende desde la política, como su brazo radical; a través de ella se le da un tratamiento determinado a ciertos individuos que previamente han sido definidos como enemigos, versus el movimiento social y popular que pretende construir y fortalezas e iniciativas para la lucha por la salida política y negociada al conflicto armado y la búsqueda de una paz sostenible, con la convicción de que la generación de escenarios de diá¡logo, necesariamente deben incluir la participación activa de los actores sociales no armados, o "los pueblos". La educación popular como propuesta pedagógica es en si una toma de posición política, que supone entonces la construcción de conocimiento colectivo a partir de una actitud crítica y una acción conjunta, que permite el reconocimiento político de quienes padecen el encierro en las prisiones colombianas.	es-ES
