| dc.description | En este artículo de investigación se presentan los abordajes teóricos, los supuestos y las hipótesis de la primera fase de un proyecto de investigación, cuyo objetivo es abordar las desigualdades de América Latina desde un enfoque de ciudadanía, con perspectivas histórica y comparativa. En primer lugar, se introduce el enfoque de ciudadanía elegido, como una estrategia analítica y normativa capaz de aislar los resultados de las tensiones socioculturales, sociopolíticas y socioeconómicas inherentes al estatus de ciudadanía en los Estados territoriales contemporáneos. En segundo lugar, se resumen las ideas generales disponibles sobre los Estados territoriales latinoamericanos respecto de estos tres campos, que identifican los mecanismos esenciales de la inclusión problemática y la alta desigualdad relativa. En tercer lugar, se propone la doble estrategia histórica y comparativa para contribuir al estudio combinado de estos problemas con enfoque de ciudadanía. | |
| dc.description | The article presents the theoretical aspects, basic suppositions and main hypotheses of the first phase to an ongoing research project aimed at studying Latin American inequalities, from a historical-comparative citizenship perspective. In the first part, the citizenship perspective is introduced as an analytical and normative strategy capable of isolating the results of socio-cultural, socio-political and socio-economic tensions inherent to the status of citizenship in contemporary territorial states. In the second part, selected general ideas are briefed, regarding problematic inclusion and high inequality as the keys defining the situation and recent evolution of these three fields of citizenship issues in Latin America. In the third and fourth parts, the paper presents a double set of indicators and hypotheses designed to contribute to the knowledge of the problem, from a citizenship perspective. | |
