| dc.description | El estudio de las relaciones entre el Estado y la acción colectiva se ha vuelto un ámbito de interés académico en la última década. El presente artículo se inscribe en este campo de preocupaciones con la particularidad de que su foco de análisis es el papel del Estado en la génesis de la acción colectiva. Teniendo como referencia a Alberto Melucci (1989), se rastrean las interacciones que se dieron, entre los afiliados al Seguro Social Campesino (SSC) y los operadores de la política pública en la aplicación de la política de aseguramiento. Se logran identificar los procesos clave de construcción del momento de latencia de la acción colectiva: la modalidad de afiliación mediante una representación corporativa y la implementación de un modelo de atención integral, integrado y participativo. | |
| dc.description | The study of the relationship between the State and collective action has attracted increased attention in the last decade. The present work belongs to this field of inquiry, with the distinctive feature that its focus concerns the State’s role on the genesis of collective action. Based on Alberto Melucci’s work, it traces the interactions that took place throughout the implementation of the insurance public policy between the beneficiaries of the Peasant’s Social Security System and the system’s health workers. The work succeeds in identifying the key processes that were crucial in the construction of the collective action’s moment of latency: the type of affiliation, which took place through corporative representation, and the implementation of a participative healthcare model. | |
