| dc.description | The "migratory issue" has become one of the most relevant aspects of Spain's social reality during the last decade. This paper briefly tries to explain the following: first, the relationship between the social transformations occurred in Spain since the last two decades and the "institutionalization" of "the immigrant Spain"; second, some of the immigrants precariousness features, starting from the radical vulnerability that comes from its double position as "worker" and "foreigner"; third, there will be a change in the point of view of the paper because it briefly explores the basics that should be performed by politics focused on integration of an with immigrants: redistribution, recognition and representation. | en-US |
| dc.description | La "cuestión migratoria" se ha convertido en uno de los hechos sociales de mayor relevancia en España durante la última década. Este artículo pretende explicar sintéticamente —dados los límites del texto—, en primer lugar, la relación entre las transformaciones sociales que han tenido lugar en España en las dos últimas décadas y la aparición y la consolidación, hasta su "institucionalización", de la "España inmigrante". En segundo lugar, algunos de los rasgos de la precariedad de los inmigrantes, comenzando por la vulnerabilidad radical que se deriva de su doble condición de "trabajador" y de "extranjero" y que viene en gran parte definida por el "marco institucional discriminatorio". La tercera parte del artículo implica un cambio de perspectiva porque se adentra, breve y esquemáticamente, en los fundamentos que deben tener las políticas públicas que quieran abordar la integración de y con los inmigrantes y que se sintetizarán en "3R": redistribución, reconocimiento y representación. | es-ES |
