dc.description	We analyze the narratives of young workers with low qualification of retail, proposing 4 subjective orientations that express a strong individualization of work experience. It is a labor subject that demands (i) a dignified and respectful treatment; (ii) that values the sociability spaces, (iii) with a marked short-term transactional rationality; and (iv) with a permanent projection although it is wandering towards the future of work that declines in four different figures - split, capitalized, dreamy and blocked - according to the specific biographical and labor condition. We discuss the relationship between these findings and the processes of labor flexibility and cultural individualization in Chilean society, as well as with the particular working conditions in the retail industry.	en-US
dc.description	Analizamos las narrativas de jóvenes trabajadora/es de baja calificación del retail, proponiendo 4 orientaciones subjetivas que expresan una fuerte individualización de la experiencia laboral. Se trata de un sujeto laboral (i) que demanda un trato digno y respetuoso; (ii) que valora los espacios de sociabilidad, (iii) con una marcada racionalidad transaccional de corto plazo; y (iv) con una proyección permanente, aunque vaga, hacia el futuro laboral que declina en cuatro figuras diferentes —escindido, capitalizado, de ensueño y bloqueado—, según la específica condición biográfica y laboral. Discutimos la relación entre estos hallazgos y los procesos de flexibilización laboral e individualización cultural en la sociedad chilena, así como con las particulares condiciones de trabajo en la industria del retail.	es-ES
