dc.description	In this article, I chronologically and critically systematize the normative corpus of national jurisdiction (1980-2006) that governs the public educational policy destined to the communities of indigenous peoples, in Argentina. The theoretical references for the approach of the norms are the frame of analysis of the public policies and the conceptual framework of the critical interculturality. From a qualitative strategy, I develop a conceptual-methodological matrix, according to three analytical criteria: (i) the way in which the problem that leads to act to the state is enunciated; (Ii) how education for communities of indigenous peoples is defined; (Iii) how the educated sectors are involved in the dominant culture, with regard to modifying relations with the communities of indigenous peoples. The results show, on the one hand, the way in which the discourse of law was consolidated, on the other, explain the lack of an intercultural approach in the Argentine educational system.	en-US
dc.description	En este artículo sistematizo cronológica y críticamente el corpus normativo de jurisdicción nacional (1980-2006) que rige la política pública educativa destinada a las comunidades de pueblos indígenas, en Argentina. Los referentes teóricos para el abordaje de las normativas son el marco de análisis de las políticas públicas y el marco conceptual de la interculturalidad crítica. Desde una estrategia cualitativa desarrollo una matriz conceptual-metodológica, según tres criterios analíticos: (i) el modo en que se enuncia el problema que lleva a actuar al Estado; (ii) el modo en que se define la educación destinada a las comunidades de pueblos indígenas; (iii) la forma en que se involucra a los sectores educados bajo la cultura dominante, respecto a modificar las relaciones con las comunidades de pueblos indígenas. Los resultados manifiestan, por un lado, el modo en que se fue consolidando el discurso de derecho, por otro, explicitan la inexistencia de un enfoque intercultural en el sistema educativo argentino.	es-ES
