dc.description	In this text, I begin with maintaining that the use of fear as an instrument of population control is a constitutive element of Neoliberal governance. Also, I suggest that current violence, because of its characteristics, is more easily observable and understandable in local environments, which would explain that the most important resistances also come from these spaces. For this purpose, I analyse the case of the state of Guerrero, in México, focusing on the surge and path of the Regional Organizer of Community Authorities (Coordinadora Regional de Autoridades Comunitarias, CRAC) and, more recently, in the same territory, the forceful disappearance of 43 students in Ayotzinapa and the forms of mobilization and organization that followed this tragedy. I attempt to point out the consistency in the policies of fear by public-private networks, which connect legal and illegal circuits, as well as the strategies used to overcome fear, display resistance and, mainly, build power and politics from the margins.	en-US
dc.description	En este texto parto de sostener que el uso del miedo como instrumento de control poblacional es parte constitutiva de la gubernamentalidad neoliberal. Asimismo, propongo que las violencias actuales, por sus características, son más fácilmente observables y comprensibles en los ámbitos locales, lo que explicaría que las resistencias más importantes provengan también de estos espacios. Para ello analizo el caso del estado de Guerrero, en México, focalizándome en el surgimiento y recorrido de la Coordinadora Regional de Autoridades Comunitarias (CRAC) y, más recientemente, en el mismo territorio, la desaparición forzada de 43 estudiantes en Ayotzinapa y las formas de movilización y organización que siguieron a esta tragedia. Trato de señalar la consistencia de las políticas de miedo por parte de redes público-privadas, que conectan circuitos legales e ilegales, así como las estrategias utilizadas para sobrepasar el miedo, desplegar resistencias y, sobre todo, construir poder y política desde los márgenes.	es-ES
