dc.description	In this paper a set of reflections and considerations are shown about how setting up the professional identity, understanding it as a synonymous of work identity in the light of characteristics of the world of contemporary work, which requires that individuals, who want to stay or to be included in the different job markets must present certain ways of behaving with others. These ways include an internalization of discourses associated with autonomy, independence, and competition, among other things, leading to a stronger responsibility of the individual about his own life, and thus on their employability. These reflections are supported in a study case that through the narratives of the participant, and using the idea association tree as the analysis technique, allows us to see some aspects that show how the working individuals are created today, which by having hybrid work ethics can move within the demands of the nowadays work world, in addition to being recognized as successful workers.	en-US
dc.description	En el presente documento muestro una serie de reflexiones sobre cómo se configura la identidad profesional, entendiéndola como sinónimo de identidad laboral, a la luz de las características del mundo del trabajo contemporáneo, que exige a los sujetos que quieren insertarse y mantenerse en los distintos mercados de trabajo, ciertas formas de relacionarse, las cuales incluyen la interiorización de discursos asociados a la autonomía, la independencia, la competencia entre otros aspectos, que llevan a la responsabilización del individuo sobre su propia vida, y por tanto sobre su empleabilidad. Estas reflexiones las apoyo en un caso estudiado que permite ver, a través de las narrativas de la participante, y del uso del árbol de asociación de ideas como técnica de análisis, estos y otros aspectos que muestran como son producidos hoy en día los sujetos laborales, que teniendo éticas de trabajo híbridas, pueden moverse en las exigencias del mundo del trabajo de hoy, además de ser reconocidos como trabajadores exitosos.	es-ES
