dc.description	In this paper I investigate the means of production of subjectivity at a day hospital for severe psychiatric disorders accord to the stories that the users deployed around the story of their illness and treatment. This institution is considered as part of a new way of managing the mental health system in Chile, associated with a change in the management of subjectivities. I made four autobiographical interviews to graduate and still in treatment users. These texts were analysed according to the themes and logical orders of actions, as well as in terms of subject positions in them. I argue that the Day Hospital is located as a mediator in the improvement, enabling the production of speaker’s positions as a mature person who has overcome the disease from its own decision.	en-US
dc.description	En el presente escrito investigo modos de producción de subjetividad en un hospital de día para trastornos psiquiátricos severos según los relatos que despliegan sus usuario/as en torno a la historia de su enfermedad y tratamiento. Esta institución es considerada como parte de una nueva modalidad de administrar el sistema de salud mental en Chile, asociada a un cambio en la lógica de gestión de las subjetividades. Realicé cuatro entrevistas autobiográficas a usuario/as egresado/as y en tratamiento. Estos textos fueron analizados en función de los temas y los ordenamientos lógicos de las acciones, así como también en términos de las posiciones subjetivas en los mismos. Sostengo que el hospital de día queda situado como un mediador en la mejoría, que permite la aparición de una posición en los relatos que ubica a los hablantes como persona madura que supera la enfermedad a partir de su propia voluntad.	es-ES
