dc.description	Social resources aimed at work inclusion, destined by the reception societies for migrated populations, are spaces that framed within power/knowledge dynamics (Foucault, 1984) configure subjectivities and subjects. Strategies of social differentiation are put at work within social intervention practices, employing diverse differentiation categories (Brah, 1996) that comply with the creation of the “local” and “immigrant” subject. Categorizations that can give shape to social exclusion processes and/or material inequities. This paper analyses the relationship between the professionals and the women clients of these resources, as one of the focal points where these processes of differentiation are put into practice in the reception society. The investigation was carried out in eight social services, private and public, in the city of Barcelona. By means of an intersectional analysis (Crenshaw, 1991), these spaces are seen as the possibility for practices of subjectivity production, not only for the users, also for the professionals that work in these services.	en-US
dc.description	Los recursos sociales para la inserción laboral que destina la sociedad de recepción hacia las personas que inmigran son espacios que, enmarcados en dinámicas de saber-poder (Foucault, 1984), configuran sujetos y subjetividades. Las estrategias de diferenciación social imbuidas en relaciones de intervención, hacen uso de categorías de diferenciación (Brah, 1996) como son el género, la “raza” o cultura y la clase, entre otras, e intensifican la separación entre un sujeto autóctono y un sujeto “inmigrante”. Construcciones que, como resultado de estas relaciones, dan forma a desigualdades y exclusiones de los colectivos inmigrados en la sociedad de recepción. Mediante una investigación cualitativa realizada en ocho recursos, tanto públicos como privados, y mediante un análisis interseccional (Crenshaw, 1991), se consideraron las maneras en las que estos espacios incurren en prácticas de producción subjetiva, tanto de las usuarias de dichos recursos, como de las profesionales que llevan a cabo la intervención.	es-ES
