It studies the effects generated by defamatory messages received in smartphone and influence of the receiving context and media. Objectives: measure the activation that causes a message with neutral content and another with defamatory content. To decide the influence of the reception contexts. To evaluate feeling of guilt after receiving a message of defamatory and to check the relationship between emotional intelligence and empathy with the identification of situations of defamatory messages. It uses an experimental methodology using neuromarketing techniques and conventional tools: IRI test (MP), TMMS-24 (P), Raven test and an own adaptation of EDI scale. A sample of 40 students of high school and university is used. Your results:The defamatory message did not generate more emotional activation than the neutral message. And no relationship has been found between empathy and emotional intelligence with the identification with situations of defamatory messages. The conclusions point out that emotional activation does not depend on the moral load of the message, but on the smartphone medium and it opens a discussion about the loss of moral coherence that increased inhibition to avoid spreading defamatory messages.
Se estudian los efectos generados por los mensajes difamatorios recibidos mediante smartphone y la influencia de la empatía según el contexto y medio de recepción. Sus objetivos: medir la activación emocional de un mensaje con contenido neutro y otro difamatorio; determinar la influencia de los contextos y medios de recepción; comprobar el sentimiento de culpa tras recibir un mensaje difamatorio y establecer la relación entre la inteligencia emocional y la empatía con la identificación de personajes ante mensajes difamatorios. Se diseña una metodología experimental con técnicas de neurociencia que se aplican a 11 estudiantes de universidad y test IRI (MP), test TMMS-24 (P), test Raven y una adaptación de la Escala de Identificación con los personajes de relatos audiovisuales de ficción (EDI) que se aplican a 40 estudiantes de secundaria, bachillerato y universidad. Sus resultados: el mensaje difamatorio no genera mayor activación emocional que el mensaje neutro y no se encuentra relación entre empatía e inteligencia emocional con la identificación con los personajes de mensajes difamatorios. Se concluye que la activación emocional no depende tanto de la carga moral del mensaje, como del medio smartphone y se abre una discusión sobre la pérdida de coherencia moral que aumenta la inhibición para evitar difundir mensajes difamatorios.
