| dc.description | "Global South" is a term used by the postcolonial and transnational perspective that questions and presents an alternative to the more established terminology -for example "Developing Countries" or "Third World"-, whose referents for measuring the "progress" of the nations of the planet are not only homogenizing, but also hegemonetizing. We hope that this monograph will be of interest to the public of LEEME's Electronic Journal and we invite graduate students and career researchers to undertake research and cooperation projects in Latin America, as hands are needed to help gather evidence on the educational-musical experiences that take place in our region. | en-US |
