| dc.description | A comparison of open patent search engines (Google Patents and Lens) is carried out to analyse the visibility and treatment of patent scientific literature citations. Among the results, the linkage of these citations with other sources of scientific-academic information, the lack of standardization of bibliographic records or the incorporation of data analysis tools such as citation networks or influence maps stand out. The study determines that the treatment of these references is becoming more and more important in these patent information platforms that provide novel solutions to the treatment of Non-Patent Literature (NPL), promoting the interconnection of citations of scientific publications in patents. The assessment of the technological impact of these citations, in line with the traditional scientific impact, will require the establishment of new scientometric indicators for their evaluation. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se realiza una comparativa de buscadores de patentes en abierto (Google Patents y Lens) para analizar la visibilidad y tratamiento de las citaciones de literatura científica de las patentes (LNP). Entre los resultados destacan la vinculación de estas citas con otras fuentes de información científico-académica, la falta de normalización de los registros bibliográficos y la incorporación de herramientas de análisis de datos como redes de citas o mapas de influencia. Se determina que el tratamiento de estas referencias es cada vez más relevante en este tipo de buscadores, aportando soluciones novedosas al tratamiento de la LNP y favoreciendo las vinculaciones entre las citas de publicaciones científicas en las patentes. La valoración del impacto tecnológico de estas citaciones, en línea con el impacto científico tradicional, requerirá el establecimiento de nuevos indicadores cienciométricos que permitan evaluar la literatura científica desde las patentes. | es-ES |
