dc.description	This paper assesses whether there was a structural change in production in Bolivia during the presidency of Evo Morales. The main indicators of structural change are analysed, as well as three international indices. The results show that the country grew because of the boom in prices of its main exportable commodities. However, the industrial policies deployed did not lead to significant transformations in terms of modernizing its economic structure, enhancing productivity, or improving international competitiveness.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo evalúa si se produjo un cambio estructural productivo en Bolivia durante la presidencia de Evo Morales. Para ello, se analizan los principales indicadores de cambio estructural, así como tres índices internacionales. Los resultados del análisis muestran que el país creció fruto del boom en los precios de sus commodities, pero que las políticas industriales desplegadas no propiciaron transformaciones significativas en términos de modernización de su estructura económica, aumentos de la productividad ni mejoras de su competitividad internacional.	es-ES
