| dc.description | The North Zone is, in global terms, the most deprived area in the city of Alicante. High immigration levels, unemployment and marginalization are pointing this area among the rest of the town, already severely affected by the economical crisis. Having a huge unemployment among Spanish population (including those with university degree) it becomes difficult to expect a positive future for local immigrant population, especially given the failure of the traditional link between self employment – self financing. This project aims to observe a financial alternative based on solidarity and participation whose primary objective is the promotion of company undertaking: community banking. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Zona Norte es, en términos globales, el área más desfavorecida de la ciudad de Alicante. Altos cupos de inmigración, desempleo y marginalidad la destacan del resto de un municipio ya de por sí lastrado por la crisis. Con un desempleo antidiluviano entre la población española -incluso con estudios universitarios- resulta difícil concebir un futuro halagüeño para la población inmigrante local, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la quiebra del tradicional binomio autoempleo-financiación. Este trabajo pretende observar una alternativa de financiación fundamentada en la solidaridad y la participación cuyo objetivo primordial es el fomento del emprendedurismo: la banca comunal. | es-ES |
