dc.description	This reflective article tries to make a description about of the different ways in which the teachers that belongs to the pedagogical network, Teachers in Collective, have been governed.  A pedagogical team that, within the framework of the Seminar on Ongoing Formation, have dedicated themselves to reflection and research of Learning Environments in Classroom (AAA), to recognize and to make visible some singular ways of being teacher considering the contemporary rationality, in which the power installed some modes of existence, in order, to regulate the ways of subjectivation of individuals and groups.	en-US
