dc.description	Introduction. The violence in the couple has always existed, today it manifests itself with the pain of women to suffer a context that prevents them from moving forward, in Ecuador in the area of legal and forensic psychology, an instrument is tried to adapt according to the specific context of the Objective country, validate the scale of risk of violence against the couple for Ecuador. Method, quantitative, prospective, field research, cross-sectional descriptive analytical type, a population of medium socioeconomic status is used, in women of reproductive age with a partner who seek psychological help, their school level in the middle, most they do not have a finished secondary education, 303 women are used as probabilistic population, the items were changed to give equal emphasis to verbal and psychological violence, validated by expert judgment and cronbach's alpha, Result, in the qualification of judges, a Reliability score of 93.6 in the cronbach alpha gets a score of 0.79. Conclusions, in several items it is necessary to specify and separate its parts, to specify the type of violence, and the effect that could cause in the modification, it is necessary to include in this scale demographic data, establish a statistical analysis between its integral parts to interpret psychologically Whatever the etiopathogenic factors, the possible progress of violence, in order to avoid major aggressions, through the protection of women.	en-US
dc.description	Introducción. La violencia en la pareja a existido siempre, hoy por hoy se manifiesta con el dolor de la mujer para adaptarse a un contexto que le impide avanzar, en Ecuador en el área de psicología jurídica y forense se intenta adaptar un instrumento conforme al contexto especifico del país. Objetivo, validar la escala de riesgo de violencia contra la pareja para Ecuador. Método, investigación cuantitativa, prospectiva, de campo, de corte transversal tipo analítico descriptivo, se utiliza una población de estado socioeconómico medio, en mujeres en edad reproductiva con pareja que acuden en busca de ayuda psicológica, su nivel escolar en medio, la mayor parte no tienen una educación secundaria terminada, se utiliza 312 mujeres como población probabilística, fueron cambiados los ítems para dar igual énfasis a la violencia verbal y psicológica, validados por juicio de expertos y alfa de cronbach, Resultado, en la calificación de jueces se obtiene una puntuación de confiabilidad de 93,6 en el alfa de cronbach se obtiene una puntación de 0,79. Conclusiones, en varios ítems es necesario especificar y separar sus partes, para concretar el tipo de violencia, y el efecto que podría causar en la vulnerabilidad, es necesario incluir en esta escala datos demográficos, establecer un análisis estadístico entre sus partes integrantes para interpretar psicológicamente cuales serían los factores etiopatogénicos, el posible progreso de la violencia, a fin de evitar agresiones mayores, a través de la protección de la mujer.	es-ES
