dc.description	People in situation of disabilities in the world, have shown that when they are delivered opportunities to enter the workforce, their performance is equal and better than the average for all workers. Universities are currently investigating this phenomenon and others regarding this group of humans that represents fifteen percent of the world population. But the same universities must not remain only in theory but also in practice and through initiatives funded by the State or by private, help that inclusion will be a reality.	en-US
dc.description	Las Personas en Situación de Discapacidad en el mundo, han demostrado que cuando se les entregan las oportunidades para ingresar al mundo laboral, su desempeño es igual y mejor que el promedio del total de trabajadores. Las Universidades se encuentran en la actualidad investigando este fenómeno y otros que atañen a este grupo de humanos que representan al quince por ciento de la población del orbe. Pero las mismas Universidades no deben quedarse solamente en lo teórico, sino que también, en la praxis y a través de iniciativas financiadas por el Estado o por privados, ayudar a que la inclusión sea una realidad.	es-ES
