dc.description	Under Fascism in Sardinia, the mining area of Sulcis Iglesiente represented a special case: this essay emphasizes the dynamics that have marked the history of antifascism in the Iglesiente, emphasizing the relationship between the evolution of the local political context and the contrast to the fascist regime, gained during the Fascist period, reaching its peak in World War II and in the dramatic liberation from Nazi pages. I wish to provide an original interpretation on the contribution provided by the men of the Iglesiente to Italian anti-fascist front, fighting for the values of freedom and democracy in the local and national scene.	en-US
dc.description	Nel quadro del fascismo sardo, l’area mineraria del Sulcis Iglesiente ha rappresentato un caso particolare: il saggio evidenzia le dinamiche che hanno contrassegnato le vicende dell'antifascismo iglesiente, sottolineando i rapporti tra l’evoluzione del contesto politico locale ed il contrasto al regime fascista, maturato durante il ventennio, raggiungendo il suo apice negli anni della seconda guerra mondiale e nelle drammatiche pagine della liberazione dal nazifascismo. L’auspicio è quello di fornire una originale chiave di lettura sull'apporto fornito dalle personalità originarie dell'Iglesiente al fronte antifascista italiano, nella lotta per i valori della libertà e la democrazia nel panorama locale e nazionale.	it-IT
