dc.description	The relevance of the full-length film De cierta manera by Sara Gómez is analyzed in this text while paying attention to the Cuban context of the 60’s and 70’s decades of twentieth century, permeated by debates around topics such as national culture, organic intellectual, social revolution, new man. Amid such a frame, a blooming around the readings concerning Frantz Fanon’s and other Caribbean intellectual’s works relevant to the emancipatory and decolonial thought in the region emerged. The film work of this producer is an excellent sample of these crossed readings featuring the complex cultural map of those decades.	en-US
dc.description	El texto analiza la relevancia del largometraje De cierta manera de Sara Gómez, atendiendo al contexto cubano de los años 60 y 70 del siglo XX, permeado por las discusiones sobre cultura nacional, intelectual orgánico, revolución social y hombre nuevo. En este espacio de debate fructificaron las lecturas de la obra de Frantz Fanon y otros intelectuales caribeños de importancia para el pensamiento mancipador y descolonial de la región. Es la obra fílmica de la realizadora cubana un excelente ejemplo de esas lecturas cruzadas que configuran el mapa cultural complejo de aquellas décadas.	es-ES
