| dc.description | La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de conocer como está conformado el Capital Intelectual de las pequeñas y medianas empresas del estado de Aguascalientes y analizar como el sector económico perteneciente infiere en la medición de este. Se aplicó una encuesta previamente validad sobre una muestra de 380 unidades económicas. El capital relacional como elementos del Capital Intelectual se refiere a los activos que se encuentran en la empresa es el mejor evaluado por parte de directores o gerentes. Se visibiliza una ligera diferencia entre la evaluación otorgada a cada uno de los elementos del Capital Intelectual, siendo para el Capital Humano, el sector de los servicios el mejor evaluado.
