dc.description	Emotional intelligence is intimately linked to the emotional capacities of the leader, in other words, emotional competencies are important for the achievement of cohesion in his work team, and interact in a better way and handle with greater accuracy the conflicts in his equipment. The objective of this research was to identify if there is any relationship between the regulation of emotions and the perception of monitoring the results in the organization, for which it was established as a null hypothesis that there is no relationship between these variables.	en-US
dc.description	La inteligencia emocional está íntimamente ligada a las capacidades emocionales del líder, es decir, las competencias emocionales son importantes para que él logre cohesión en su equipo de trabajo, e interactúe de una mejor manera y maneje con mayor exactitud los conflictos en su equipo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar si existe alguna relación entre la regulación de las emociones y la percepción del seguimiento a los resultados en la organización, para lo cual se estableció como hipótesis nula que no existe ninguna relación entre estas variables.	es-ES
