| dc.description | Dos son los aspectos que se abordan en el presente trabajo: el proceso de restitución de tierras en el municipio veracruzano de Atzalan derivada de la aplicación de la Ley del 6 de enero de 1915 y los intentos de reforma agraria amparados en el artículo 27 de la Constitución Política de 1917. A lo largo del texto se analizan los conflictos sociales y políticos entre la clase terrateniente y el campesinado en la lucha por la tierra, cuyo origen se remonta al proceso de desamortización civil bajo el amparo de la Ley Lerdo.Property Restitution and beginning of the Agrarian Reform in Atzalan, 1915-1950Two important aspects are pointed out in the following work: a) restitution of land in Atzalan Veracruz, according to the act of January 6th of 1915 and b) the attempts of an Agrarian Reform was based on the article 27 of Constitution of 1917. Throughout text social and political conflicts, between the landowner and the peasants, are analyzed. This confrontation was started during the process of civil seizure under Lerdo’s Gorverment. | es-ES |
