dc.description	The ecosystem environment and the natural balance are being negatively impacted by human settlements that induce to natural disasters and other side problems of the city, due to the number of poor immigrants that establish in periphery zones, marginal and hill territories. Absent of urban planning, generating urban settlements without a public space system that could offer them social and spatial support or integration to the rest of the city.
