dc.description	With the signing of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the member states have commitments that must be fulfilled, such as the obligation to define, in the domestic sphere, crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court and the obligation to have internal provisions that allow punishing crimes committed against any state. This work explores the differences of crimes against humanity and genocide, and the international instruments on the matter.	en-US
dc.description	Con la firma del Estatuto de Roma de la Corte Penal Internacional, los estados miembros, tienen compromisos que es necesario cumplir, como la obligación de tipificar, en el ámbito interno, los delitos competencia de la Corte y, la obligación de contar con disposiciones internas que permitan sancionar los delitos cometidos contra algún estado. Este trabajo explora las diferencias de los crímenes de lesa humanidad y genocidio, y los instrumentos internacionales en la materia.	es-ES
