In the current context of the spread of the coronavirus and the epistemological difficulties that ecology still faces as a science, and that do not seem to have a near end, it is worth analyzing, discussing and promoting the verifiability of specific phenomena, to assign them consequences within the framework of legal rules. A nuclear idea must weigh on the importance of reevaluating the validity of the legal business, of the declaration of will, as a law-creating instrument. Its binding nature could be restricted, when from the point of view of the violation of norms of public order, it threatens ecological or environmental norms. Civil society and consequently the legal community should be more vigilant when it comes to implementing necessary, reasoned and roportionally ecological and jurisdictional limitation to certain legal businesses and consequently limiting the legal binding nature of declarations of will, which threaten ecological, healthy and environmental stability.En el actual contexto de propagación del coronavirus y las dificultades epistemológicas que aún afronta como ciencia la ecología, y que no parecen tener un fin próximo, vale analizar, discutir y fomentar la verificabilidad de fenómenos puntuales, para adjudicarles consecuencias en el marco de lo normativo. Una nuclear idea debe gravitar sobre la importancia de reevaluar la validez del negocio jurídico, de la declaración de voluntad, como instrumento creador de derecho. Su vinculatoriedad podría ser restringida, cuando desde la óptica de la violación de normas de orden público, se atente contra normas ecológicas o medioambientales. La sociedad civil y, consecuentemente, la comunidad jurídica deberían estar más vigilantes a la hora de implementar razonada y proporcionalmente una necesaria limitación ecológica y jurisdiccional a ciertos negocios jurídicos y, consecuentemente, eliminar la vinculatoriedad jurídica de las declaraciones de voluntad, que atenten contra una estabilidad ecológica, salubre y medioambiental.
