| dc.description | COVID-19 accelerated the transition from teledemocracy to cyber-democracy. This change, in turn, significantly altered the praxis of political communication. In addition to the increase in virtuality, the increase in audiovisual platforms and the incessant supply of content, the circulation of messages in the public debate was modified by the intensification of the cognitive economy, the attention economy and the discursive economy. To address these three limitations, the current work raises the TEP discursive matrix: Title-Explanation-Proposal. This textual structure has as its central objectives to capture the interest of the citizen, offer a diagnosis of reality and provide solutions to its problems. This discursive technique, whose time limit is sixty seconds, is used to face media interviews, interventions in political debates, activities in the territory, electoral and management spots and posts on social networks that allow a certain extension such as Facebook. | en-US |
| dc.description | El covid-19 aceleró el paso de la teledemocracia a la ciberdemocracia. Este cambio, a su vez, alteró significativamente la praxis de la comunicación política. Además del incremento de la virtualidad, el aumento de plataformas audiovisuales y la incesante oferta de contenidos, la circulación de mensajes en el debate público se modificó por la intensificación de la economía cognitiva, la economía de la atención y la economía discursiva. Para abordar esas tres limitantes, el trabajo actual plantea la matriz discursiva TEP: Título-Explicación- Propuesta. Esta estructura textual tiene como objetivos centrales captar el interés del ciudadano, ofrecer un diagnóstico de la realidad y brindar soluciones a los problemas que esta plantea. Dicha técnica discursiva, cuya frontera temporal es de sesenta segundos, sirve para afrontar entrevistas mediáticas, intervenciones en debates políticos, actividades en el territorio, spots electorales y de gestión, y posteos en redes sociales que permitan cierta extensión como Facebook. | es-ES |
